Looking at the picture, I felt more like I'm looking up at him. I think his pose would work much better this way [link] His shoulder should slant more. Hmmm... somewhat like what I have here [link] though Sephy wouldn't be at such a dramatic angle, and he'll be facing more to his side. The impression will be a lot better if you just angle Sephy a bit more that what you did here. Nice sketch though.
I have no knowledge in the pen you used but I guess it's some high end one? Sephiroth looks very good. Only shouldn't he have some little bit more muscled "breasts". It looks so flat now. Also his right hand should be tighter around the sword. I tried to hold something long as an example this way like you drew it but it falls out of my hand. For the rest I think it's all very well done. Only the materia necklace shouldn't be that black as you hatched it. Even black materia shines so has light parts.
