To get him, you gotta get one of those sound orbs that can let you hear animals talk. Get that from Badeaux when you can recruit him.
Remember the place where Tengaar was testing Hix for his bravery in the deep forest beyond the Kobold village? When you go there with the sound orbs, bring along a girl who fits what he calls a 'pure maiden'...my thoughts...this unicorn is actually perverted

I'd bring Sierra for laughs, but you can't recruit him if you do, so bring some girls who are Hero2's age.
